Terms and Conditions

• • Tarot Readings (In-person & Online): Readings are strictly for guidance and educational purposes only.  I do not predict exact futures, lotto numbers, or legal outcomes. Insights are tools for self-reflection, and the client retains complete free will over their choices.
  • Reiki Energy Healing (In-person & Distance): Reiki is a gentle, complementary energy modality and not a substitute for orthodox medical or psychological care. State that you do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or interfere with a licensed medical professional’s treatment plan.
  • Spiritual Development & Mentoring: Courses, workshops, or 1-on-1 mentorship sessions are intended for personal development and self-growth. I do not guarantee specific psychological, financial, or spiritual milestones, as outcomes depend entirely on the participant’s individual application and journey. 

• • Online Connectivity Issues: Clients are responsible for securing a stable internet connection and a private, quiet space for online sessions. If a technical glitch occurs on your end, you will offer a reschedule or pro-rata refund. If the glitch occurs on the client’s end, the session time may not be able to be extended.
  • Distance Reiki Expectations: For online or remote Reiki, please arrange a quite comfortable space where you will not be disturbed for the duration of the session.  Reiki is very relaxing and you may fall asleep during our session, I will call your name a few times but if you are asleep we can make a time to catch to discuss session should you wish to.
  • No Recording Policy: I prohibit clients from recording, distributing, or publishing audio or video from online Tarot readings, Reiki sessions, or Spiritual Development classes without my express written consent.

• • Physical Boundaries (Reiki): Reiki is always fully-clothed sessions and clients will never be asked to undress.  I will lightly touch only above the shoulders and below the knees, I work in the auric field for anything in between.  Please do let me know if you prefer not to be touched at all.
  • Right to Terminate: I reserve the absolute right to immediately terminate any in-person session, without a refund, if a client displays aggressive or inappropriate behavior, or if they appear intoxicated.
  • Health Status: I request that anyone that is not feeling well to please contact me prior to any face to face session, so we can reschedule or change to online.  Please also advise if you have  physical limitations prior to arriving for an in-person session, offering a seamless pivot to an online session if necessary, I do have a steep driveway so if feel you cannot come in person please let me know.

• • I Require a minimum notice window of 24 hours for cancellations or rescheduling. State that late cancellations or complete no-shows forfeit their fee entirely.
  • Age Restriction: State that all services are restricted to individuals 18 years or older.  For minors participating in Spiritual Development or receiving Reiki, I require a parent or legal guardian to sign the consent form and remain present for the entire session as a chaperone.

• Data Handling: I Confirm that all personal details collected for bookings, notes taken during spiritual mentoring, and discussion topics remain completely confidential under the NZ Privacy Act 2020.

Workshops or Courses – Intellectual Property

• • Ownership of Materials: All materials provided during workshops, courses, or mentoring sessions—including but not limited to workbooks, PDFs, audio recordings, video content, slide decks, diagrams, and written frameworks—are the exclusive intellectual property of Self Works Limited / Davina Morris.
  • Personal Use Only: Workshop materials are granted to you under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Strict Prohibition on Distribution: You may not copy, share, distribute, resell, alter, or upload any workshop materials to public platforms, social media, or shared drives without explicit written permission.
  • No Commercial Exploitation: Attending a Spiritual Development, Tarot, or Reiki workshop does not grant you the right to reuse, repackage, or teach my specific course content, curriculum structure, or proprietary exercises for your own commercial gain or business services.
  • Breach of IP: Any unauthorized use or distribution of my intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in the immediate termination of your access to current or future workshops without a refund, alongside potential legal action under New Zealand copyright law.
