Non Hypnotherapy coaching sessions -A session dedicated to you and your needs, where we concentrate on and define goals, create affirmations for you if required. These can be very valuable sessions if your not sure what you need to do, or can’t put your finger on your goal but know you have one. Needing a little direction, or a burst of inspiration I can help you. Investment is $80.00 per hour.

A Hypnotherapy is a state of trance, a natural state that you go into anywhere up to 30 times a day, like a daydream state. Where your conscious mind in relaxed and your subconscious mind is ready to accept positive verbal suggestions, and visualisations designed to help you in achieving your desired goal & making positive changes.
Q What happens during a Hypnotherapy Session?
A When you arrive, we chat and get to know each other in a relaxed friendly environment. I will ask you about what has brought you to me for your session, and we will discuss your expectations for change, and agree on a plan together. I will start relaxing you into a very relaxed state, and our session will begin.
Q Is Hypnotherapy safe?
A Hypnotherapy is a safe therapy, where you are always in control. Nothing will happen if you are not comfortable. While in trance state your subconscious will only accept suggestions and visualisations within your comfort zone, that are beneficial to you.
Q Will Hypnotherapy work for me?
A Hypnotherapy works most effectively when the patient has a strong desire to make the changes they are seeking help for.
Q What if I can’t be hypnotised?
A Because Hypnotic Trance is a natural state and we drift in and out of trance on our own most days, as long as you are willing and comfortable and have a desire to make changes, you should find it easy to be guided into trance.
